The 2024 comparison describes a black body with brilliant yellow pronotal margins and scutellar ridges. A broad, straight yellow band crosses the dark forewing; yellow also occupies the basal half of the hindwing. [2]
The straight transverse forewing band, yellow pronotal margin and yellow basal hindwing region are the principal colour features in the published comparison. [2]
“Chaos” and “The Universe” use symbolic arrangements around the dark-and-yellow specimen.
Keep the enclosure closed and display it in indirect light, away from heat and damp conditions. Handle the frame by its edges and clean only its exterior according to the maker’s instructions.
Which colours characterize the published adult comparison? A predominantly black body contrasts with brilliant yellow pronotal margins, scutellar ridges and wing markings. [2]
The 2024 comparative description supplies adult pattern characters. ITIS records a different synonym treatment; the molecular study, Thai checklist and 2025 revision address sampled material, occurrence and higher classification. [2][1][4][5][3]
