The 6th Pentacle of Saturn

A hostile pronouncement accompanies Saturn’s sixth wheel. The Key says the person against whom it is pronounced will be afflicted by demons, while the outer petition calls for a wicked ruler over that person and Satan at their right hand. [1]

Eight spokes reach different angular, curled, looped, diamond and triangle-with-circle characters. The hostile pronouncement

The sixth notice says the person against whom the pentacle is pronounced will be “obsessed by Demons”: beset or afflicted by them. [1]

Characters within the petition

Eight rays meet centrally and carry mystical characters of Saturn. The top has a small angular enclosure and bars; the right has paired curled ends; the bottom joins a triangle, bar and small circle. Other signs combine loops, diamonds and open curves. A separate Hebrew sentence follows the outer band. [1]

The ruler and the accuser

Mathers translates the surrounding words as a request for a wicked ruler over the person and for Satan to stand at the right hand. The wording is Psalm 109:6. Its next lines ask for condemnation, few days and another person taking the office, followed by severe petitions against the household and descendants. [1][2]
