DISCLOSURE AND QUALIFIED RELEASE-SCOPE ADDENDUM
October 18, 2026, America/Chicago

Scope: assess the exact proposed disclosure against this reviewer's completed
fresh primary-literature refresh. This addendum makes no new source-access claim,
does not certify final-journal comparison, and authorizes no independent release.

PROPOSED SINGLE FOOTNOTE
"Conjecture numbering refers to the 2023 author manuscript. The complete final
journal text was unavailable for comparison; we claim no priority over results
established there."

ASSESSMENT
APPROVE the proposed framing for a qualified author-published specialist note.
The footnote accurately identifies the version used, the exact remaining source
limitation, and the resulting limit on priority claims. It is short and sufficient
for that limitation. The abstract must continue to say that the paper proves the
lower bound stated as a conjecture in the identified author manuscript, rather
than claim verified resolution of an open conjecture in the final journal text.
Existing credit for the classical counts, Jensen and Luo-Xu-Tian's limiting
constant must remain. The theorem's mathematical validity and sharpness do not
depend on whether an earlier finite proof exists elsewhere.

This is not unrestricted originality clearance. Novelty remains provisionally
supported by the accessible predecessor and later sources searched. The final
journal text has not been compared, and the footnote does not establish that it
contains no prior proof. In package metadata, shared records, handoff and public
description, retain that distinction; avoid first-ever/unprecedented/verified
priority claims. Later acquisition of a matching prior proof would require a
source-bound reassessment and possibly reframing as an independent or simpler
proof. Merely disclosing uncertainty does not turn an actually duplicated theorem
into a new theorem.

NO OTHER MATERIAL BLOCKER IDENTIFIED
The earlier independent proof and computational reviews passed. This fresh
follow-up found no later statement subsuming the strict finite bound under the
same all-order singleton-including complete-graph model. No mathematical revision
is required by these originality findings. The contribution remains narrow but
worthwhile specialist closure, with value from its short transparent proof.
Package revision/build/integrity verification remains the parent's responsibility.

The parent's reported latest direct human instruction accepts this disclosed
source uncertainty and conditions handoff on a positive report. Within that
qualified author-archive scope, this review supports proceeding after the new
revision is verified. Mathematical review PASS, provisional novelty, explicit
unresolved final-source limitation, human release authorization and actual
publication must remain separate recorded facts. No package, shared record or
publication operation was changed by this addendum.
